I have been having a problem for a LONG time now.  The audio in windows would be fine for maybe 5-10 mins and then start tearing.  It would sound very very bad indeed and would be very distorted.

Initially I thought that the EIE PRO was on the out, but then I tried updating the drivers….. to an older version.

My rig is running Windows 10 64 bit.

My original drivers were the latest ones but they did not perform well.  What seems to have corrected the problem is a rollback of drivers to the oldest ones on their website!
